Having worked in-house at a senior level, I set up my own consultancy, training and coaching business 15 years ago. For three years I was also the MD of Watertight Business Thinking and am now working as a board advisor and fractional CMO, that is, an outsourced marketing director working for companies who don’t need full-time senior support but do need direction, guidance and someone to shape and lead the marketing.
