Questions about Navigator
Explorer is self-directed. Navigator includes the same core learning, but adds live clinics, expert guidance, peer input and a structured rhythm around a live challenge. It provides accountability and momentum through live interaction – like having an experienced guide on your journey.
Yes. Learning as a team has lots of benefits. It’s a group evironment which could include people from different organisations or a few people from one organisation. Talk to us about team prices.
Yes. You’ll get the most value from Navigator when you connect the tools and discussion to real work. However, you don’t need to arrive with a fully formed innovation project; we can help you frame the right challenge.
Navigator includes 12 months’ access to the learning and resources. You’re very welcome to extend your access, you’ll just need to buy for a second year.
No. It depends what your most current needs are. We would rcommend starting with the Innovation Fitness Test, since this will give you a good sense of your priorities. Included with Navigator is a one to one review of your results.
Three of the courses take about half a day each to complete. One of them takes around a day. We’ve created all of them in bite-sized chunks so you can dip in and out. The clinics are usually 90 mins monthly.
The AI Innovation Buddy is a thought-partner, designed there to support reflection and help you apply the tools. We provide a list of prompts to start you off. Currently only in ChatGPT though we will be developing a CoPilot version.
Bring a real question, challenge or sticking point from your work. The clinic gives you space to explore it with expert input and peer perspectives, challenge your assumptions and identify practical next steps. The aim is to help you leave clearer about what to do next. We might share a tool and work through it as a group exercise or you might want to update the group on work you’ve done and get feedback.
