We use a proprietary survey measure of impact evaluation, called Levels:

LE = LEarning: We measure what people have learnt, using a short pre and post course survey.
VE = Value Evidence: We gather stories of learning applied to work, and the value this created. And we gather evidence to support these claims of value-added.
L = Linkages: We also look at the linkages between learning and work application. (For example: how far did your learning help you make changes in the workplace?)
S = Sharing: While protecting client confidentiality, we share key insights from our impact evaluation with wider communities of learners: with clients, at academic conferences, and in written papers.
